We thoughtfully craft each piece using an eco-friendly blend of water-based acrylic resin and mineral-rich powder, creating a durable and beautifully textured finish.

To maintain the quality of your piece:

• Wipe up spills promptly with a soft, dry cloth.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to water or harsh chemicals.

• Do not use in dishwashers or microwaves.

• While each item is sealed for durability, it is not tested for food safety.

Onoreden is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, where all of our products are carefully crafted and shipped from.

Once an order is placed, it may take up to 1-5 business days to be processed. After an order is processed, you will receive an email notification.

Each piece is handcrafted using mineral-based eco resin. Because of the natural mineral content, tiny specks—ranging from soft brown to deep black—may appear on the surface. These are not considered flaws, but a part of the material’s organic beauty.

Slight surface lines, gentle texture variations, and even small air bubbles may also occur due to the artisanal casting process. We believe these natural irregularities add to the uniqueness and charm of each piece.

Please note that colors may also vary slightly between batches. This is a result of the natural pigments and hand-mixing process, and not a sign of inconsistency or defect.

Some of our trays feature subtle variations in surface height due to their sculptural form. The organic shapes create a gentle flow in the surface, which may result in slight unevenness depending on the items placed on them.

We do our best to showcase these details through carefully taken photos, but images can’t always capture every subtle variation perfectly—thank you for understanding that each piece has its own handmade charm.
