What is your product made from?
We thoughtfully craft each piece using an eco-friendly blend of water-based acrylic resin and mineral-rich powder, creating a durable and beautifully textured finish.
Why do some pieces have tiny bubbles, surface lines, or specks?
Each piece is carefully handcrafted, which means small air bubbles, subtle texture variations, or natural specks may occur due to the organic nature of the materials. This is a unique characteristic of the handmade process. Since mineral components are used, some batches may also have tiny mineral spots (which may appear as small brown to black specks). These are not defects but a testament to the handmade nature of each piece, giving it its own unique character. We hope you enjoy the individuality of each product.
Some designs may also have slight surface lines or gentle variations in texture due to mold structure or the natural curing process. These do not affect the functionality or quality of the product.
Is the surface completely flat?
Some of our trays feature subtle variations in surface height due to their sculptural form. The organic shapes create a gentle flow in the surface, which may result in slight unevenness depending on the items placed on them.
We do our best to showcase these details through carefully taken photos, but images can’t always capture every subtle variation perfectly—thank you for understanding that each piece has its own handmade charm.

How should I care for my item?
To maintain the quality of your piece:
• Wipe up spills promptly with a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water or harsh chemicals.
• Do not use in dishwashers or microwaves.
• While each item is sealed for durability, it is not tested for food safety.
How long will it take to process my order?
Once an order is placed, it may take up to 1-5 business days to be processed. After an order is processed, you will receive an email notification.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we plan to offer international shipping soon! Currently, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned for updates!
Will sold-out items be restocked? I would like to order something that is sold out.
We restock popular designs regularly, but due to the handmade nature of our products, availability may be limited. If you’ve set your heart on something that’s no longer available, let us know- we might be able to make one just for you or recommend a similar piece.
Are wholesale or bulk orders available?
We’re happy to offer wholesale and bulk orders for those who wish to stock our products or gift them for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and other special occasions.
