Return Policy

We really hope you love your piece from Onoreden, but if for any reason you do not, please contact us via email at info@onoreden.com to start a return.

If you have changed your mind and would like to return your order for a refund, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return unwanted item(s) for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in the same condition as when you received it.
Be unused.
Be in its original packaging.

Please note:

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
Ensure that returns are shipped in their original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.

Any item purchased with the intent to return due to variation in colouration, texture, minor bubbles, or spotting on the surface will not be accepted. Due to the handmade nature of each product, these qualities are deemed a part of the natural handmade process. No two products are identical, as each piece is uniquely designed for your space.

FAULTY RETURNS POLICY

If all or part of your order unfortunately arrives damaged, please contact us via email at info@onoreden.c om within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please include:

Your order number.
Clear photos showing the issue.

This will help us resolve your query as efficiently as possible. Once we review the issue, we will contact you to offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email to inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take several days to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider.
