Each item is individually made by hand, so slight variations—small air bubbles, powder specks, or gentle flow patterns—are natural and part of its charm.

1. Trays & Holders
• Avoid prolonged contact with water. If needed, please gently wipe with a damp cloth and dry well.
• Keep away from heat sources such as microwaves, dishwashers, and ovens.
• Our trays are designed to display your accessories, cosmetics, keys, and small items. They are not intended for food use.
• Heat from candles may cause whitening or discoloration on the surface, this is normal for mineral-based eco resin.

2. Fire & Heat Items
Candles

Burning is at your own risk.
Please follow all safety guidelines to avoid injury, fire, or property damage.
Our candles are primarily designed for decorative use. If you choose to light them, please follow these safety guidelines.

General Candle Safety
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
• Always burn within sight.
• Trim the wick to 5 mm(1/4”) before each use.
• Burn only on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Remove ribbon or packaging before lighting.
• Do not burn for more than 3 hours at a time.
• Allow wax to cool before relighting or moving.
• Stop using when only 6 mm(1/4”) of wax remains.
• Keep free of debris like matches or trimmings.

For sculptural candles
• Dripping is natural — place on a heat-resistant tray or dish.
• Do not use decorative trays that may stain.
• Burn in short sessions (max 2 hrs).

For container candles
• The vessel may get hot — handle with care.
• Surface underneath may warm — use heat-resistant base.
• Do not burn on unstable surfaces.

Candle Holders
• Burn on a heat-resistant, stable surface.
• Keep away from flammable materials.
• Do not leave unattended.

Aroma Pots
• Burn on a heat-resistant, stable surface.
• Use only with unscented tealights.
• Do not leave burning tealights unattended.
• Max 2 hours per session.
• Tealight not included.

Wax Ornaments & Wax Melts
• Keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight to prevent melting or warping.
• Avoid leaving inside hot cars or warm areas unattended.
• Not intended for skin contact or use near food.

3. Aroma Stones & Oils
• Aroma oils with natural color may slightly tint the stone—this is normal and fades over time.
• Avoid placing stones on porous or delicate surfaces when using oils.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and high heat to help the scent last longer.
